If you receive an audio call on your phone, press the '*' (star) key to unlock the door. If you are using the Intratone app for a video call, press the green unlock button on the screen.
Download the Intratone app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Enter the mobile phone number that your property manager registered in the system. You will receive an SMS code to verify and activate the app.
Video calls require a stable 3G or 4G data connection. If your network coverage is poor, the system automatically reverts to an audio call to ensure functionality.
