Thank you for choosing the Rossmax Swiss Design X5 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor. This device is designed for accurate and reliable measurement of blood pressure and pulse rate at home. 4. დაყენება

4.1 ბატარეის დაყენება

1. Open the battery cover on the back of the unit.
2. Insert four (4) AA size batteries according to the polarity indicators (+ and -) inside the compartment.

4.2 მანჟეტის შეერთება

Insert the air plug of the cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage during measurement.

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, and exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.

5.2 მანჟეტის დადება

1. Slide the end of the cuff through the metal ring to form a loop. The smooth cloth should be on the inside of the cuff loop.
2. Place the cuff on your left upper arm so that the air tube runs down the inside of your arm.
3. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above your elbow.
4. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.
