Remove the earbuds from the charging case so they automatically enter pairing mode. Open your device's Bluetooth settings, turn Bluetooth on, and select your GLIDiC model from the list of available devices to connect.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and long-press the multifunction buttons on both earbuds for about 5 seconds until they reset. Don't forget to delete or 'Forget' the connection from your phone's Bluetooth menu before repairing.
Your headset might be in monaural mode or one earbud might be low on battery. Place both earbuds back in the charging case to ensure they are fully seated and charging. Once charged, remove them simultaneously to re-sync.
Download the Tile app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap the '+' icon, select GLIDiC, and follow the on-screen instructions to register your earbuds. This will allow you to ring them or locate them on a map if misplaced.
